Ms. Silvyn practices in the area of zoning and land use planning, representing predominantly private developers and some local governments. Her representation includes compliance with local, state, and federal land use and environmental regulations, administrative hearings and negotiations with appropriate agencies and neighborhoods as necessary. The goal for all of her clients is sustainable, appropriate, economically feasible and responsible growth. Ms. Silvyn's representation has included medical campuses, retail developers, industrial complexes, office developments, mixed use developments, local cities and towns and tax increment financing districts.
