He has published numerous articles and has lectured on land use, planning, development, design and community involvement in the planning process on local and national levels.
Keri L. Silvyn, Partner
Ms. Silvyn practices in the area of zoning and land use planning with an emphasis on sustainable development.
She represents predominantly private land owners, as well as some local governments, including representation of the Rio Nuevo Multipurpose Facilities District from 2010-2011.
Her representation includes compliance with local and federal land use and environmental regulations, administrative hearings and negotiations with appropriate agencies and neighborhoods as necessary.
Frank S. Bangs, Jr., Partner
Mr. Bangs practices in the areas of land use, zoning and real estate with a focus on sustainable development.
He has extensive experience in state and local government legislation, administrative law and related litigation.
His land use practice includes representation of clients in rezoning variance, subdivision, development agreement, initiative and referendum and annexation matters.
